A CUSTOM PHOTOGRAPHY PROPOSAL

Sam and Rich – it was great connecting with you on the phone last week. I’m really excited to go on this image-making journey together!
When collaborating with small businesses, I want to create a portfolio that is equally my style and yours, with images that stand out and tell the story of your brand.
Professional photos are an investment that you can use in many ways across multiple platforms, from your website to printed postcards and packaging, to social media posts and ads. These images will visually communicate your story, values, and worth to your customers, helping to sell more products and grow your business.
The goal of this shoot is to create eye-catching images celebrating the Monkey Eagle brand. I’m excited to take on this project because I LOVE YOUR BEER and I feel that my style aligns really well with yours!

1. PEOPLE
The people are the story
All businesses, large or small, are about people. So I want to make colourful, creative portraits of you and your team. The more the public knows about you, the more they connect with your product.
2. PLACE
A sense of place and process
This will be a portfolio of documentary images showing the brewery and environment around it, as well as the process of making Monkey Eagle beer.
Consider this a “behind the scenes” series shot at the brewery. Everyone loves a good BTS!
3. THINGS
Creative product photos
I want to create “still life” photos of both your final products (bottled beer) and the ingredients that make them. Having a set of images showing the beautiful elements behind your beer will really make it come alive!

WEEKS 1-2: PHOTOSHOOTS AT BREWERY
I’d propose 2 visits up to the Monkey Eagle brewery. The first visit to orient myself, get a tour of the process and meet everyone involved (and of course, make some pictures). The second visit would then be a full day of photography at the brewery, now that I have a good idea of the space.
WEEKS 2-3: STUDIO PRODUCTION
I shoot the product/still-life images in my studio.
WEEK 4: IMAGE DELIVERY
Images will be delivered to you via online gallery.
investment
I see this as a unique opportunity to be creative and have fun on a cool project. Because of this, I’ve set up pricing to allow for as little or as much investment as you wish.
The photoshoot itself is 100% FREE, with no purchase commitments.
Then there are three options to choose from if you wish to use the images. For all three options, the process and number of images will be the same, it will just depend on how you wish to use the photos:

- All images available for social media use
2. DAYDREAM 30k PHP
- All images available for social media + website
3. SPACE QUEEN 70k PHP
- All images available for cross-platform use (digital + print)
Images are licensed for 2 years.
